Terms of Service & Fair-Use Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StorageHost.in, hosted services, S3 REST APIs, or personal cloud drive vaults operated by Pookie Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue service usage immediately.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their S3 API Secret Keys, 2FA TOTP secrets, and login credentials. Pookie Studios is not liable for unauthorized vault access resulting from shared API secrets or compromised client devices.

3. Storage Quotas & Anti-Abuse Fair-Use Policy

Free Developer Accounts are subject to a daily upload quota of 5 GB per 24-hour cycle and access to the shared NVMe storage array. Multi-account automated farming, DDoS scripting, malware distribution, or exploiting cloud storage pipelines will result in immediate IP termination and bucket revocation.

4. Prohibited Content & Copyright (DMCA) Takedowns

Hosting illegal content, ransomware payloads, stolen software, or copyright-infringing media is strictly prohibited. Pookie Studios complies with DMCA takedown notices. Copyright inquiries or infringement reports must be directed to pgpartyop1@gmail.com.

5. Service Availability & Egress Warranty

StorageHost.in maintains a target 99.99% Uptime SLA on our private bare-metal KVM VPS infrastructure in India. We offer zero egress fees for standard cloud storage traffic. Pookie Studios reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance with notice in our Changelog (`/logs`).

6. AI Support Assistant Disclaimer & Usage Rate Limits

Pookie AI Support is a virtual technical assistant provided for StorageHost.in platform guidance, S3 REST API specifications, 2FA setup, and support ticket tracking.

• Rate Limits: Unauthenticated guest users are limited to 5 AI queries per hour. Authenticated accounts are limited to 25 queries per hour. Automated multi-query scripting or exploiting the AI assistant for off-topic non-StorageHost tasks is strictly prohibited.
• Disclaimer of Warranty: AI responses are generated algorithmically and provided for general guidance. Users must verify critical storage configurations, security keys, and legal policies independently. Pookie Studios is not liable for actions taken based on automated AI responses.
